Karen Forman McAllister brings over 30 years of experience in the entertainment industry, working with contracts, legal documentation, and time-sensitive paperwork where precision and confidentiality are critical.
Alex McAllister (Notary Commission#2548670) is a notary and a licensed real estate agent with hands-on experience in real estate transactions, escrow timelines, and loan documents. He understands how important it is for documents to be completed accurately and on time.
With two of us on the team, we’re often able to be in two places at once, offer greater availability, and accommodate last-minute or urgent requests. We travel to homes, offices, hospitals, senior facilities, and other locations—making notarization easy and convenient.

No. We notarize signatures but do not provide legal advice or prepare legal documents.

Yes. We have experience with real estate and loan signings and understand the importance of accuracy and deadlines.
Do all signers need to be present?
Yes. All signers must be physically present with valid ID at the time of notarization.
